You may submit a nomination with a vote, a gush, or a comment. Just click the "Submit a New Nomination" link and enter the name of nomination, fill out the rest of the form, and click send.

If you are making your nomination with only a comment you might want to rethink why you would do this and not vote for it. However, this is your privilege as a member.
